Officially 1

Well, it happened. Leilani is officially 1 year old! Here's a shot of her smiling as I sang Happy Birthday to her this morning. It's been a blast blogging for you all this past year. You can now follow Leilani on her private Twitter account at "WeLoveLeilani" to receive even more cuteness.

As a reference point for how much she's grown, here's a photo I took sometime within the first 24 hours.

Leilani is just one week away from being 1 year old. Wow. That was fast. I'm often asked how many photos I have taken of her. Good question. I would say somewhere in the ballpark of 10,000 photos. I mean, that's not that much if you consider I can easily take 100+ photos of her in a single day. I haven't gone a week without having taken at least a dozen photos of her. This may very well be her last blog post before her birthday, so take it all in and thanks for sharing one amazing year with us.

Here's your cure for the case of the Mondays. It's also a pretty good shot of all of her four teeth. What this face is I don't know, but I don't really know what any of her faces mean for that matter. I just sit back and enjoy.
