Nerd in training. Phase 1: Rubik's cube. As you can see, Leilani ran into a few problems towards the end. She'll get there. No child of mine is going to not know how to solve a Rubik's cube. Do or do not, there is no try.

Her vanity knows no bounds
Sometimes I catch Leilani kissing herself in the mirror. I don't blame her though, I'd like to see you restrain yourself from kissing her, it's not possible. I wouldn't be surprised if you were kissing your iPad or laptop right now.

Any day now
Before long this photo won't have two people in it, it'll just be my little girl walking all by herself. Oh no, my baby is growing up too fast. Does anyone know how to freeze time? I want her to remain just like this. It would be worth changing diapers forever just to keep her this little. Seriously though, if anyone knows how to freeze time, email me.

Space cadet
What a weirdo. This is one of her new expressions. It's a mild version of it at least. The full volume version of this expression would blow your minds. That's why I didn't show it to you.

Crawlin' n' stuff
Well, so much has changed since the last post. Leilani is crawling, dancing, clapping, and walking with the aid of the couch. Don't even ask me how many new faces she's got now, but I think it's four. So I guess no need to ask now. I'll try to add another post before next weekend or before she starts walking on her own, whichever comes first.

Life in the pen
There seems to be only one logical explanation to this photo and that's that after getting bullied her first day in the pen, she picked out the toughest guy she could find and made an example of him to establish her dominance among the other inmates. After that day, none of the other toys ever bothered her again.

Look, we need to talk
I need to get serious with you for a second. You know and I know this whole sweet peas thing didn't go down the way you planned. I don't like them and you don't like a crying baby. You see where I'm going with this? Okay? Good. I'm glad we had this talk.
